Muna再出来时，手里拿着一张A4纸，说道：“This is the rental contract，you can read it and let me know if have any question。”
知了这时问道：“Just one question，can I smoke in the room？”
Muna笑着说：“Well，my husband smokes too，but don’t do it in front of the kids。You have to open the windows if smoke in your room。”
知了心想：“这房子更完美了，我还有啥可犹豫的？”想罢，拿着合同看了起来，内容看起来很格式化，有些单词他还不认识。
他一边看一边掏出词典查，Muna看着他笑了起来，说道：“No rush，you can take your time and read it tonight。”
知了现在满脑子想的是，这么好的房子别被人抢了去，他可不想耽误时间，错过这个机会。于是说道：“I want to rent this room，and want to……”他词穷了，他想要表达出害怕错过的意思，但不知道该怎么说了。心中一阵懊恼，到底该怎么说呢。
Muna看着他手足无措、抓耳挠腮的样子，甚是滑稽，于是说道：“Don’t worry about it，I will keep the room for you this week，so just take your time to read the contract。”
知了松了一口气，于是回答说：“Thank you，so I will take the contract home and get back to you tonight，OK？”
Muna比划了一个OK的手势，说道：“Anytime，just remember you have to let me know by this Friday if you want to move in this weekend。By the way，can you make 100 deposit now？so I can keep the room for you。”
知了大概猜出来，100是定金，但如果他改主意了，这钱能退吗？他想问但不知道该怎么说，一方面，他不想让对方认为他还有变；另一方面，他不知道该怎么用英语准确地表达。这让他很是恼火，稍微深一点的英语交流就卡壳了，自己还差得很远呐，这样怎么能考得过雅思呢！
